Gabriel Aubry Child Endangerment Case Dropped

Have you been following the Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry child-custody case? No, right? Because there are far more important things to worry about, such as how many people Miley Cyrus is offending on twitter and is Jessica Simpson really pregnant with the octobabies? You know, serious stuff like that.

But if you are following the Gabriel Aubry child endangerment case close enough, rest assured that all charges have been dropped against him.

Aubry was sent to dependency court, because the judge was concerned with his care of he and Halle Berry’s daughter Nahla. Apparently he pushed the nanny while she was holding Nahla and reportedly screamed at Nahla several times. This all happened “allegedly.”

After these accusations were made, Aubry was only allowed to be with Nahla in the presence of a court monitor.

Well he went back to dependency court and everything seems to be fine as the matter has been dropped. Now he and Halle Berry are back in regular family court to fight over custody of Nahla. Ahh, the saga continues.

Now, in their custody battle Aubry is reportedly asking for a TON of money from Berry because he wants to buy a fancy schmancy house so when Nahla is with him she is in “surroundings that she is used to,” you know like male butlers, bidets, and indoor waterfalls, just normal celebrity house stuff like that.

Aubry has asked for about $20,000 a month from Berry, a “very large” amount of money for Nahla’s clothes, and money to take her to Canada to visit his family.
