As previously reported, Halle planned to move to Paris with Nahla, her daughter with Gabriel. Why? Because she’s engaged to French native, actor Olivier Martinez, that’s why. If you could move to France with a hot French dude, wouldn’t you?

Between her ongoing custody battle with Gabriel Aubry and fighting off psychotic runaway stalkers, Halle Berry has had one heck of a week! Seriously, it’s been a terrible week for her.

Aubry is reportedly due to appear in Dependency Court because authorities are worried about his ability to safely care for his child.

According to TMZ, Aubry is in court right now and his appearance was spurred by an investigation by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services’.

Halle Berry seems to be determined to get her daughter, Nahla, away from her ex and baby daddy Gabriel Aubry. A couple of weeks ago, it was speculated that she was possibly in cahoots with the nanny in filing a restraining order against Aubry.

The nanny claimed that Aubry pushed her while she was carrying Nahla, but the judge denied the restraining order.
