Frank Ocean was born Christopher Lonny Breaux on October 28, 1987, in New Orleans, Louisiana. After Hurricane Katrina hit in 2005, Ocean and his family evacuated to Los Angeles with the intention of staying no more than two months. Once the family settled, Ocean quickly made ties in the music industry and decided to reside in Long Beach to pursue his musical career....
