It’s only been five weeks since Fergie gave birth to her first child with husband Josh Duhamel and she’s already dropped 30 pounds.
The staggering post-baby weight loss is quite an achievement, especially in our watchdog celebrity baby bump obsessed culture and here’s how she did it: tons of fiber and green smoothies for dayyyys, according to the singer’s nutritionist Kimberly Snyder.
“Fiber is key,” Kimberly, author of The Beauty Detox Solution told Life & Style, not to mention that “Fergie was in great shape before and during the pregnancy,” which helped.
“She avoids processed and packaged items, as well as dairy and gluten, and eats lots of fiber in the form of salads and veggies,” Kimberly continued.
She’s also expected to hit the gym with her trainer DB of Hollywood’s Don-A-Matrix Training Fit Factory who said, “Fergie’s goal is to be thin and lean. She always wants to get better at everything she does.”
