Yana K '07 Collection

We mentioned earlier this week that Yana K. is one of the youngest designers to hit the fashion industry and last night she proved that she has what it takes to make a lasting impression.

This seasons collection was inspired by famous child star “Shirley Temple”. The collection truly defined “The Little Rebel, In Every Woman.”

From puffy short skirts to baby doll gowns it was all about having fun for the moment. There was definitely a feel of 50’s glamour throughout the show with a lot of hats, gloves, stockings, colorful gowns and endless ruffles.

Yana also revealed one of the hottest trends for spring: high-waist slacks and shorts. The colors that dominated the runway were pastels, earth tone colors and the hottest color combination for spring was black and white.

The best part of Yana's collection is that you can find an outfit to wear to the beach, prom, and evening wear. The Yana K show was by far one of the funnest shows to watch.
