New York Fashion Week is officially here and the festivities kicked off last night at the Radio City Music Hall where a galaxy of stars from the showbiz world strutted their stuff in the most extravagant eveningwear. Beyonce, Christina Aguilera and Nelly Furtado all took the stage for the annual Fashion Rocks concert. Fergie got temperatures rising when she stepped into the limelight in a metallic minidress to perform a duet with British pop veteran Sir Elton John.

Denise Richards, Eva Mendes, Rachel Blison, Carmen Electra, Diane Kruger, Mischa Barton and fashion designer Donna Karen also made appearances at the show.
