Miami Fashion week is officially here and we are upset we couldn’t make it to one of our favorite cities. The theme that ruled most of the runways was the fifties Hollywood glamour dating back to Marilyn Monroe’s heyday. Next years swimwear will have the vintage feel with the bathing caps, sailor caps, retro themed creations, skirted swimsuits, frilly bikinis in shades of red and blue and modest cut one pieces. The hottest accessory will be the old fashioned parasols that give the look its ultimate romantic touch. The colorful tropical prints will make you feel like you’re in Hawaii in an Elvis flick. Let’s not ignore the scarlet lips that will reign until next year, red is definitely the color of the year!
