Diane Von Furstenberg sets the style forNew York Fashion week. For Fall 07 DVF brought in theparade of the frocks as the focus was all aboutdresses and a lot of ruffles. What would a DVFcollection without her signature wrap up dresses? Thewrap dresses were done up with ruffled black taffetathat made us think that there was some Spanishinfluence in the new line.

Diane also brought in colorful graphics, which rangedfrom shirts, skirts, dresses to coats, which gave thedress a retro feel. The dominant colors from the showswere black, red, fuchsia and grey. Another trend Dianeset is short dresses mixed in with matching coats.

The Fall 07 show was Diane's first as the newlyappointed president of the CFDA. At Diane's show thefront row was not about celebs but impressive newsmenand media moguls including her husband Barry Diller(ASKMEN.COM), CNN'S Anderson Cooper, Charlie Rose, andVanity Fair's Graydon Carter.
