Our fabulous Hollyscoop Correspondent Robin Woodson was on scene at the 3rd annual Fashion Industry Association fashion show at the University of Southern California this weekend. 'The Princes of Malibu' star Brody Jenner also attended with his "24/7" pal Frankie Delgado.
Although hot designs by Voom, Trina Turk, and American Apparel finessed the runway, it was a few of the up-and-coming designs that got the most attention.
Number one on Robin's list was The Higher Conscience. Designer Daniel Perez says all his designs are simply just his artwork, The Higher Conscience is a great mix of Abercrombie meets modern day funk . . . definitely worth checking out.
Second went to KEEMIA, designed by Keemia Ferasat. This girl's dresses were so hot, very sexy and very couture-ish. Last but not least, you have to check out Kuro Kane. First impression after seeing this line is, "very L.A.M.B." the designs are definitely hip and adorable. The three designers who created this line aren't even studying fashion or design, but are all architecture students and created this line for the modern architect to go to work in everyday.
