Family Guy

Family Guy producers said sayonara to Miley Cyrus and killed her off their show.

During Sunday's episode, Stewie Griffin fakes cancer to meet the teen queen just to learn that she's an android.

When Miley tries to take over the world, she eventually gets killed off.

"Miss Cyrus. I ask you to stop what you're doing, and I don't just mean this, I mean everything. The show. The music. It's all just awful."

Family Guy always pushes the envelope when it comes to humor. But Fox draws the line at the topic of abortion. Producers of Family Guy created an episode called Partial Terms of Endearment, which was to be about the controversial topic. But Fox has decided not to air it.

They released a statement saying, "Fox will not air the Partial Terms of Endearment episode of Family Guy, but we fully support the producers' right to make the episode and distribute it in whatever way they want."

Series creator Seth MacFarlane doesn’t have a problem with Fox’s decision not to air the episode. But he had to give the network a hard tim, saying at Comic-Con over the weekend, "20th Century Fox, as always, allowed us to produce the episode and then said, 'You know what? We're scared to f--king death of this.’”

But Seth afterwards made anther statement to the Hollywood Reporter, saying, "We were allowed to take a crack at this controversial story and that's enough for me.”

He also indicated that Partial Terms would likely be included on the season's DVD. Hey, if Fox decided it was too controversial, it probably was! If you’re dying to see it, you can always rent the DVD!

Lauren Conrad may have dated a few men who acted like dogs, but in a new episode of Fox’s hit comedy, The Family Guy, she's going to actually date a dog!

"She dates Brian for an episode," show creator Seth MacFarlane tells People of Conrad's guest-voice stint, where Brian goes out with her to disguise the true object of his affection.

Lauren and bad relationship go hand in hand like peanut butter and jelly, so the network figured they'd cash in on the concept.

When asked if it ends happily or badly for the pair, MacFarlane says, "I'm not going to spoil it!"

The episode doesn't air until May 3, 2009, so we're going to have to wait and see how it all unfolds. Gives new meaning to putting your boyfriend in the doghouse!

We know how much Kanye West loves animation, so it’s no surprise that he’s joined Fox’s new show, The Cleveland Show.

Last week, Kanye did his first table read for an episode, which is a Family Guy spinoff.

On the show, he plays MC Kenny West, an unsuccessful rapper. Executive producer Mike Henry wanted Kanye to be a part of the show after he found out he was a fan of Family Guy.

He tells People, "We knew Kanye was a big Family Guy' fan because he invited Seth [MacFarlane] to his house a year or two ago. And there was a mention on his blog when the spinoff was announced that he was excited about it. We knew he was a big fan, and a lot of us are fans of his."

Producer Richard Appel also says Kanye was a pro at the table read. He says, "Before we came to the table ... there was only one line he didn't love, and he came up with another idea and in a completely modest, nice way said, 'Would you mind if I changed just this one line?' And our feeling was, how many raps have we written? One? And how many has he written? Be our guest!"

Kanye’s not the only superstar who appears on that episode. Oscar-nominee Taraji P. Henson is also featured. As of now, Kanye is only contracted to one episode, but he’s welcome back whenever he wants.

Appel said, "We just recorded him in the booth, and he was fantastic. Once he read it a couple times through, he just owned the character, which I guess isn't hard since he was named Kenny West. He said he'd be glad to [be back]. I said we could write him in to the next 21 episodes!" Possible career change, Kanye?

Is Seth McFarlane crazy? He doesn’t want Britney Spears to do a cameo on his show?? Doesn’t he know that Britney=numbers? Well, he does seem to be doing just fine these days, so maybe there’s a method to his madness.

Seth MacFarlane has announced that he’s decided against having a cameo by Britney for Family Guy, because he thinks he won’t hear the end of it from rival show South Park. Brit was made cartoon in an episode of South Park last year, and was mocked for all of her personal problems. Seth had anticipated having Brit be on his show, but decided to scrap the plans. Britney even offered to lend her voice to Family Guy, but Seth didn’t want to start a fued with Trey Parker and Matt Stone.

He says, "That would do more harm than good. It would take too much work."

Plus, it’s not like it’s the greatest timing. Last year when South Park featured her, it was at Britney’s darkest time, when she had all of those problems. Now she seems to have cleaned up her act, and that’s not exactly the best material for a comedy.

'Family Guy' creator Seth MacFarlane just signed a $100 million dollar deal with 20th Century Fox.

They basically locked him down until 2012 to continue working on Family Guy and his two other animated series with Fox American Dad and Family Guy spin-off The Cleveland Show.

The ginormous deal will make him the highest paid writer/producer in television. Holla!

Cleveland from Family Guy may be getting his own show on Fox.  The Hollywood Reporter says the show will be written by Seth MacFarlane and Mike Henry, the guy who does Cleveland's voice.

Family Guy is so genius, it's impossible that this spinoff won't be amazing.

Slowly but surely, all of our favorite shows are coming back on the air. Fox just announced the return of their shows to make comebacks since the strike, including House, Bones, Back To You, Til Death, 24, The Simpsons, Family Guy, and American Dad.

All of the mentioned shows will make their returns in April, except 24, which will return next January. Shows that may have not made the cut are K-Ville, The Sarah Connor Chronicles, Prison Break, and King of the Hill.

All you “Family Guy” fans, we are pretty sure you guys checked out the latest episode where Stewie Griffin reached his “lifelong” mission and killed Lois.

Make sure to tune in this Sunday November 11th 9/8 C for the exciting conclusion when Stewie goes on the lam and tries to take over the world and in the interim auditions for “American Idol”.

It gets better, Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson and Paula Abdul make guest voice appearances. Now thats what we call entertainment!
