The saga of did he or didn't he cheat continues as Tony Parker will file suit against X17.com and pursue all legal remedies against those making such false accusations.

The legal filing will also include professional golddigger Alexandra Paressant, the model who claimed to have had the affair with Parker.

If he were really guilty would he be suing? When athletes get caught in cheating scandals they usually buy their wifey an expensive ring and call it a day.

You say that Tony has a wandering eye. Just take a look a Eva's eyes next time. From day one I have said the this marrage would never last, but I thought that it would be Eva not Tony's doing. Eva has a few problems of her own and needs to do no finger pointing. I'm sorry but Mre. Longoria-Parker needs to break ties with her "Saved by the Bell' Hotty before I feel sorry for her and Tony. I am a SASpurs fan and a Tony Parker fan but I do have to say, Tony just admit to it and move on. Luck and Love

He's too young and rich to settle down in the 1st place. There will be more to come. I won't believe he didn't cheat until the lawsuit actually goes to court, anyone can threaten to sue.

her my space page shows pictures of different models. Some are from Hana Nitsche, a german model. Also Alexandra is supposed to be face of l oreal 2006, appearing in the movie goal3, Cover in one issue of Sport illustrated in 2006, model for victoria secret but I could not find her anyway ( SI has names of all model they use). To finish there is a french article from last year stating she is a hoax. Biggest hoax ever to me...

If Mr. Parker is married to a latina which he wants to remain married to he has to go to these lengths to PROVE to his wife that the cheating allegations are untrue. If you ask me he cheated and this and this case is all to save his marriage and prove that he did not cheat!!!!!!! If he didn't do it he would just let this girl go away

I believe there's been an affair. As far as everything I read, I have yet to see an actual comment from him stating very specifically that he did not have an affair with her. He's said he loves his wife, that things are great. It's been his friends and attorney that has made the specific comments denying the affair. Suing is just a way to get people to shut up (the lawsuit will never make it to a court hearing). Also, he has a wandering eye -- almost everytime I see pictures of Tony Parker, his eyes are wandering, even when he's with Eva his wife. I honestly believe he cheated, and he surely hasn't said specifically that he didn't cheat.
