Eva Longoria is being sued over the car accident she was in last week. Roman Gasparyan, the man involved in the crash, claims to have suffered mentally and physically following the accident on Hollywood Boulevard last week.
The man claims Eva was entirely at fault for the accident. TMZ obtained the legal documents in which Roman claims he was waiting in the middle of the road attempting to turn left, when Eva "made a sudden lane change into the median lane" and crashed into his vehicle.
Eva’s husband Tony Parker is named in the lawsuit as well because he is the owner of the BMW she was driving.
A rep for Eva denies she was at fault: "According to the police report, the other driver was clearly at fault and admitted the fault at the scene of the accident.
"There is absolutely no truth to this claim, and any indications to the contrary are completely false and untrue. Longoria made no sudden turn, did not violate any traffic violations nor did she make any sudden lane changes. The other driver is clearly trying to make a case where there is none. All charges are frivolous, without merit, and will not hold up in a court of law."
Roman's lawyer Sanjay Sobti has claimed his client suffered back and neck pain, severe headaches, anxiety and blood pressure complications following the accident.
Wow…that sounds like a whole mess of complications for someone who never even went to the hospital! We hope this doesn’t cost Eva an arm and a leg. She’s probably the one with the anxiety and headaches right now!
