Eva Longoria Files for Divorce
Eva Longoria has officially filed for divorce from her husband Tony Parker. According to People, her documents were filed in a Los Angeles Superior Court today.

Report: Eva Longoria to File Her Own Divorce Papers

So much for that denial from the rep yesterday!

There’s still a ton of hearsay going on right now, but all of the rumors have one major word in common: cheating.

The word on the street is that Tony was having an affair with a mutual friend of the couple’s, and he was caught after hundreds of text messages were discovered.

Eva Longoria's Rep Denies Divorce Rumor

A friend of Eva’s tells Us Magazine, "Eva is heartbroken by the betrayal.”

Adds another friend, "Once the trust was lost, the marriage was over.”

“Eva truly thought she was going to grow old with Tony and have children with him," adds the pal. "She’s inconsolable."

This is so sad! But when you think about it, Tony is still really young—only 28, while Eva is 37—and he’s probably still out wanting to party. Not to mention the fact that he’s an NBA player, and those guys don’t exactly have the best track record when it comes to monogamy.

Neither of their reps have any comment at this point. So sad to see another Hollywood marriage crumble like this. We feel so bad for Eva! Who would cheat on her???

UPDATE: According to TMZ, the divorce papers state "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split. Eva also reportedly checked the box saying she wants spousal support from Parker.

As for a pre-nup, yup, they've got one! Longoria and Parker signed a prenup on June 21, 2007 and it was amended in June, 2009. The legal docs also mention the prenup.

If he really was cheating on his wife, Tony better be ready to kiss many of his million goodbye!
