Eva and Tony Go Green

January 24, 2008

Eva Longoria

'Desperate Housewives' cutie Eva Longoria and her hubby Tony Parker have hired contractors to make their new Texas home more environmentally friendly.

Their new property is made out of recycled wood and they're going to install solar panels, but they're still determined to make the house as green as possible.

She says, "Everything is going to be environmentally friendly. We are going to install solar panels for part of the house. All our water is recycled for the lawn for irrigation. It was a fight with out builders; a lot of people don't want change. But it's worth it."

Funny how some people have to slam anyone they can, even when they are trying to do good. "She flies back and forth, not very enviro friendly blah blah, whaaa, stfu." I'm with American on this, at least she is trying, wtf are you doing to make the world better? Driving your big ass truck, even to go to the corner market? Off the subject, I don't think Tony's a very handsome man, but other then that he seems to make Eva very happy, and I'm all for that.

Doesn't she fly back and forth from Texas to LA to shoot her TV show every week?? That's not very green! You can't make up for it with solar panels.
