Erin Andrews, who came really far in the competition was the first to learn that she was in third place, leaving Evan Lysacek and Nicole Scherzinger in the competition.
Scherzinger was in a great mood even before she learned that she won the competition. Nicole and her partner Derek Hough nailed their "Proud Mary" dance earning them a perfect score.
"I'm just so grateful! I'm just so flipping happy right now!" Hough said. He also admitted that Nicole had "exceeded my expectations as a dancer and a person." Added Scherzinger: "It's such an awesome experience!"
Congrats to Nicole and Derek! We're you guys disappointed or was it just too predictable?
Erin struggled with the stage jump portion of the dance during rehearsals, but she absolutely nailed it during the show.
The judges loved their performance so much they gave the couple a 28 out of 30. Check out their amazing performance below...
That must have been all for show because Erin is still waiting for a call from Hasselbeck. Andrews told UsMagazine.com: "I didn't speak with her, no. I never talked to her."

Erin doesn't seem to be fazed by her comments either. She is clearly over it saying, "I'm moving on...I'm tired of talking about it. It's a new week."
One thing she did mention is how happy she was that partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy stood up for her. Maksim said, "I'm the one designing [Andrews'] dresses for the show, so I'll just assume that [Hasselbeck] is jealous... and stupid...."
Erin was pleased with his comments stating, "It was really nice to have Maks stick up for me and the entire cast and a lot of the media."
Meanwhile, the hot duo got a 53 out of 60 for their Argentine tango and '80s rumba.

Well, that’s what happened with The View co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck. On yesterday’s show, she criticized ESPN correspondent Erin Andrews for wearing skimpy costumes on Dancing With the Stars. Her thought process?

As you may recall, Erin was subject to a peeping Tom a few months back who was caught following her around to her different hotel rooms. The guy is now in prison, and Elisabeth said she shouldn’t be drawing attention to herself.
That’s one way to start a war! And it definitely did. First Erin responded, saying Hasselbeck’s remarks were “a slap in the face to victims of stalking and sexual predators.”
She continued: “The thing that I was most upset about is I felt she was mocking a situation. As a mother and a woman, I’m disappointed she went there.”
It didn’t stop there. Erin’s DWTS co-stars definitely have her back. Maksim tweeted: "I'm the one designing [Andrews'] dresses for the show, so I'll just assume that [Hasselbeck] is jealous… and stupid…."

Even Evan Lysacek tweeted: "So disappointed that anyone would attack [her] after all she's been through."
This morning, Elisabeth addressed the situation on The View, tearfully saying that she had called Andrews to personally apologize after her five-year-old daughter Grace recommended it.
“So, thankfully, I listened to her — she’s a wise little girl — and I did,” said Hasselbeck. “So, I’m really sorry, and I wanted to offer that publicly too, even though I did follow that advice.”
That was really smart of Elisabeth to apologize, before the whole cast of DWTS came after her! But we have to say, that probably took a lot for her to admit how wrong she was!

Len Goodman gave Maks and Erin a 7 because he felt like Maksim taking his shirt off during the show was too gimmicky. "I'm fed up, Maks, with shirts coming off!" he snapped. "She's too good for that!"
Maks was very upset about Len's statement and he is not hiding his feelings. "Len is wrong one billion percent," Chmerkovskiy told UsMagazine.com after the show.
"He said we didn't have enough substance in samba. Are you out of your mind? I could give you a list right now, probably would take about three pages, of all the steps we did in samba. This is what I do for a living! I know that not everyone knows what goes into this, but I go back to running four very successful dance studios. I have a staff of about 50. I have trained a ton of US champions and world champions, and I've coached [everyone] from juveniles to professionals. Don't tell me what I didn't do right because you're wrong! And if that means you're too old to be on this show and judge, then that's what it means.
"My job here is to support Erin, to teach her, and to try to show her what to do," he continued.
We loved the routine and it definitely made the dance routine sexier when he took his top off. What do you guys think, was it too much?
Erin had a rough week, but she put on a smile (and a hot outfit) and performed the Waltz with partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy.
Erin was blindfolded for most of the dance, which was quite impressive! The judges gave them a 23 out of 30, but we think they deserved at least 25 points.

Fresh off of sending her peeping Tom stalker to the slammer, she's now receiving death threats! The sportscaster-turned-Dancing with the Stars contestant has been named in a series of threatening emails sent to the national sports talk radio show that Dan Patrick hosts.
Maksim Carrying a Baseball Bat to Protect Erin Andrews
The emails talk about her getting shot while in LA and were immediately passed along to the FBI to investigate. Other emails have date back to last fall were also uncovered after producers of the Patrick show went back into thousands of emails that had gone unopened. After a review the earlier emails from the same individual were uncovered and also passed along to authorities.
According to Andrews' attorney, Marshall Grossman, she is unsettled and fearful but not willing to succumb to fear. ABC has beefed up security around Dancing With the Stars. "It is unfortunate that there are sick people who prey on the fears and threaten the well being of others," Grossman said in a statement.

Hollyscoop spoke with the ESPN reporter-turned-dancer last night at Wednesday's Drai's Hollywood grand opening event in West Hollywood, where told us how she really feels about the stalker’s sentencing. “It should have been more years,” she told us.
But Erin admits she’s learned a lot about the price celebrities pay living in the spotlight. And unfortunately in the world we live it, that territory usually comes with a stalker! Erin continued, “It’s been a life changing experience.”
Her Dancing With the Stars partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy isn’t taking any chances though! Like a good man, he’s ready strike if any creeper gets too close to Erin. He told Hollyscoop, “I’m carrying a baseball bat with me.”
Erin’s a lucky woman! Her stalker is in prison, and now she’s teamed up with one of the hottest bachelors in Hollywood, on one of the highest-publicized shows on TV! That’s definitely the silver lining!

Maksim Chmerkovskiy is set to do the mambo with ESPN hottie Erin Andrews on this season of Dancing With the Stars, and Erin's so smoking hot, she's even making Maksim blush!
When asked about his dance partner Maksim blushed and said, "I think she is pretty good looking." But the single pro dancer isn't planning on making a move on her...just yet.
"I'm a professional," Maksim told Hollyscoop EXCLUSIVELY. "I focus on the show, but we did have to take two or three takes at our first meeting because I kept messing up." With a smile on his face he added, "the last time I blushed was when I was in high school."
So what was their first encounter like? "I walk in and BAM, she is my height and all gorgeous, seriously who would not get uncomfortable?"
Now that Maksim's ex girlfriend Karina Smirnoff is off the show, there won't be any tension between Maksim and his new partner. "She is not on the cast this season," Maksim confirmed to Hollyscoop, adding that he's not in charge of "hiring people."
Maksim and Erin are both gorgeous and there seems to be a rumored hookup every season on Dancing With the Stars, so maybe this season they'll be our golden dancing couple!

Back in July, video clips of Erin walking around naked in her hotel rooms surfaced, which had been shot through various keyholes. And thankfully, they finally caught the guy!
According to TMZ, Barrett, who was arrested at the Chicago O’Hare International airport yesterday, allegedly used a hidden cam to shoot footage of Andrews walking around nude in several hotel rooms.
The FBI has released a statement saying, Michael allegedly stalked Erin, “With the intent to harass, to place under surveillance with intent to harass and intimidate, and to cause substantial emotional distress to a person in another state.”
He now faces federal charges of stalking for shooting through the hotel room peepholes, and then posting as well as trying to sell the invasive videos.
A federal magistrate is scheduled to decide Monday whether Barrett should be sent to Los Angeles as a federal prisoner or free on bail to face charges.
We’re sure Erin is hoping for no bail!
