Celebrities do this thing called 'working out,' and if they miss a day of doing it, they tend to go into panic mode.
But that doesn’t apply to Hollywood It Girl Emma Stone. "I haven't worked out for a month and I'm proud of it!" Emma said. The actress told England's S Magazine: "I do have that thing of 'Oh my God, I'm disgusting! I ate a huge Wagamama lunch, the whole yaki soba, and I feel so fat."
So how does Emma deal with her body issues?
"You can get nice, loose clothes that cover it all up."
Finally, a celebrity who has some reasonable workout advice. Get looser clothes. I'm all over that.
"I'm still gonna eat that stuff," Emma insists.
Furthermore, Emma says she just avoids taking pictures in a bikini.
"I'm not gonna go parading around in a bikini. OK, I did that in a photo shoot once, but it's about what you're comfortable with at the time you're comfortable with it. That was a good day, but you won't hear me saying I have no body issues because I wouldn't be human if I didn't."
Emma says when she was shooting the Oscar-nominated movie The Help back in 2010, she gorged on all the fine food Southern cuisine has to offer. Pecan pie…fried chicken…Whataburger…The South does have good food.
"Suddenly nothing fit me, but then they have such delicious food in the South and I don't believe in depriving yourself."
Plus, there's just really not much else to do down there. #TXGirlProblems.
