Eminem's Brother Arrested for DUI

Eminem's little brother Nathan Mathers was arrested early Wednesday morning for driving under the influence in the Detroit suburb of MAComb Township.

According to the Associated Press, police stopped Nate Mathers, who raps under the alias Nate Kane, when he failed to yield for an ambulance.

His blood-alcohol level was 0.16%, twice the 0.08% legal limit. He was charged with DUI and operating a vehicle while impaired and released on personal bond.

He's scheduled for a hearing in Shelby Township's district court on May, 7, 2009.

Although Nate and Eminem have different fathers, they are said to be extremely close, in fact, he was featured in Eminem's hit video "Without Me."
