Eminem is the latest celebrity to fall victim to a burglary. Luckily, his incident didn’t occur at his home. But whoever robbed him had a field day in Eminem’s hotel room.

The NY Daily News is reporting that someone broke into Eminem’s hotel room in Los Angeles Sunday night, stealing thousands of dollars worth of items from him, including a $60K diamond necklace, and his personal laptop.

The Eminem/Bruno skit at the MTV Movie Awards was definitely staged in case you didn’t believe us.

As Hollyscoop previously reported, the entire thing was staged and now a writer for a show confirmed that Eminem was in fact in on the joke.

"Yes, the Eminem-Bruno incident was staged," head writer Scott Aukerman said on his blog. "They rehearsed it at dress [rehearsal] and yes, it went as far as it did on the live show."

Eminem is infamous for mocking other celebrities, but Sunday night during the MTV Movie awards, Eminem found himself the butt of the joke. Literally.

Sacha Baron Cohen was dressed as the infamous gay Austrian Bruno at the 2009 MTV Movie Awards on Sunday, and caused quite a stir when presenting Best Male Performance.

He arrived wearing large white wings with feathers. And He certainly made a splash as he was flying around the theater.

Eminem Settles Feud with Mariah and Nick

That was short lived! Eminem has reportedly ended his feud with Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey and insists that he only wishes the couple "the best."
