British celebs like Elizabeth Hurley, Trudie Styler and Bob Geldof helped raise $50 million dollars for children's charity Absolute Return for Kids (ARK) this past Thursday evening.
The lavish dinner was organized by Uma Thurman's business partner Arpad Busson.
Guests paid between $2,000 and $20,000 to be seated at the charity dinner. British artist Damien Hirst auctioned off a painting at the event, which was sold for $18,000. A speaking role in Uma Thurman's upcoming movie 'Eloise Going Under the Hammer' fetched a whooping $960,000!
