Tiger Woods’ ex-wife had her $12 million Florida mansion bulldozed to the ground so she could rebuild her “dream home”. I’m confused. Because give me a $12 million mansion--any $12 million mansion, and that’s my dream home. But not Elin, she has other plans.

Tiger’s ex wife Elin Nordegren just recently moved on and has been quietly dating Jamie Dingman, and Elin just found out Rachel has slept with her new boyfriend too. Seriously Rachel, isn’t your va-jay-jay tired?!
Elin’s boyfriend Jamie and Rachel hooked up twice in Miami in October 2009, reports TMZ. They were staying together in Miami while working on an “investment business” just two months before the Tiger Woods scandal broke...

Elin has been single since August, and she finally seems to have moved on. According to The New York Post, Nordegren and Dingman have been dating for the past several months.

Arnold is worth $500-750 million and is required to give half of what he earned during the marriage to Maria according to California law. However, it’s being reported that since Arnold “feels bad” about the break-up he is reportedly going to give Maria more than half that amount.
It’s no coincidence the divorce settlement is coming at the same time...

According to Us Weekly, Elin "was seeing a banker in Florida for three months, but that went nowhere.” And now she’s ready for a real man.
And finding a boyfriend isn't the only thing on her agenda. After purchasing a $12.2 million beachfront mansion in North Palm Beach, Fla., in March, she "is knocking it down and rebuilding on the lot," says the source, adding that she's renting a place nearby.
Why not? It’s Tiger’s sham on you money anyway.

She’s moving into a 17,000 square foot beachfront home in North Palm Beach. This house is so big; you could build another house inside of it.
According to TMZ, the estate has a 4,000 square foot basement, along with eight bathrooms and a pathway leading right to the ocean.
Elin received $100 million in her divorce settlement, so don’t worry, she’s still got plenty in the bank.
I'm sure you were worried.

According to the Bleacher Report, she’s dating a 31-year old South African guy who she met at the Florida college where she’s currently enrolled in classes.
Sources say things have already gotten serious between the two, and she’s fallen for him!
A friend of Elin’s tells The Sun, “There’s been kissing and cuddling but I don’t know if it’s gone further.”
There have been rumors Elin is ready to even start a family with this new guy, but those come from the National Enquirer, so we’re not holding our breath!
A friend adds, “She does want to date – but only when she meets the right guy. First and foremost on her agenda is the well-being of her two kids.”
“Elin said, ‘Everyone wants to feel needed. I need someone in my life that I can trust, and that day will come.’ She’d love four children altogether.”
Crazy! I’m not sure what to believe, but good for Elin for at least putting herself out there! So many women in her position would probably hide out and sulk over what happened, but Elin seems to be taking life by the reigns!
I certainly hope she is moving on, and that it makes Tiger feel like shit! But for now this rumor is…up in the air!

According to RadarOnline.com, Woods paid Nordegren $110 million in the divorce.
Sources say Elin isn’t flaunting her new money and freedom, and is rather remaining very private about her life. One source says she could have flown via private jet from Orlando to California this past week, but chose to fly Virgin America instead.

"She could afford the jet but didn't even consider it," the source said.
"She's not cheap, but she's just not throwing money around and wasting it the way some people would."
She's not acting like she hit the lottery,” added the insider.
Tiger Responds to Elin: This Is a Painful Time
While $110 million is a ton of money, some are saying Elin could have gotten more. "Tiger is worth hundreds of millions of dollars, with his earning, investments and the endorsement deals he's made over the years," said one source.
"Elin got a lot of money, but she could have received more. She wanted enough money to not change her luxurious lifestyle but she didn't try to take him for every penny that she could. Elin wants to get on with her life."
We don’t blame her! And that’s plenty of money to live a comfortable life and provide for your children!
