Eclipse to Premiere Early in LA

Get excited, Twilight fans! Eclipse is going to premiere in LA earlier than the rest of the country. This is sure to send non-Angeleno Twi-hards into a tizzy!

According to MTV, the third installment in the vampire franchise will have its world premiere at the Los Angeles Film Festival.

The film event takes place on June 17-27, and the location has been moved from Westwood to LA proper, likely to accommodate the screaming fans.

The screening will take place at the infamous LA Live near Staples Center.

Over 200 films will be screened at the festival, but we're pretty sure Eclipse will be getting the most press. The rest of the world will have to wait until June 30th to see Bella, Edward, and Jacob!

And before you go booking your ticket to LA for the advanced screening, note that it's apparently "Bonus by Invitation Screening," whatever that means!
