Dylan McDermott and his wife of 13 years officially ended their marriage yesterday.
Court papers reveal that the divorce is now finalized and they can go their separate ways. Dylan, 47, and Shiva, 39, filed the papers last summer over "irreconcilable differences" and have been apart ever since.
The L.A. Superior Court didn't offer any information as to the arrangements for their two daughters, 12 and 3, but he did originally request joint custody.
Ironically, Dylan, who played a lawyer on TV, decided not to hire one for the case. He went ahead and acted on his own behalf when it came to the legal stuff. Was he trying to save some money?
