Demi Moore, who was hospitalized after a friend called paramedics on Monday, was reportedly inhaling nitrous oxide. AKA that stuff at the dentist that makes you not give a sh-t that you’re getting a root canal.
A friend of Demi’s who was at her home told emergency workers she was doing whippets.

Moore was set to play feminist hero Gloria Steinhem in the porn biopic, but it looks like they'll have to find another A-list actress. Moore is now seeking help for her exhaustion and is unable to do the flick, her rep confirmed to Deadline.

Details are still emerging, but we have learned that Demi Moore was rushed to the hospital last night, being treated for drug abuse at a hospital in LA.
The 911 call was place at 10:45pm and some sources say it’s for “substance abuse” while Demi’s reps tell TMZ she’s hospitalized for something called “seeking further professional assistance

Anyways, her lawyers are trying to block access to TMZ from entering the courtroom during her first court appearance. That’s right, Brooke Mueller does snow when she visits the snow (Do they call cocaine “snow”? Probably not LOL WHAT’S DRUGS?).

Lindsay barely made it to Wednesday’s hearing, after her flight was delayed in Hawaii in Tuesday.

Just a year ago, Lovato checked herself in to Timberline Knolls, where she got help for her self-mutilation issues as well as for eating and bipolar disorders. Not a fun time.
But Demi managed to avoid the Lindsay Lohan route and redirected herself on a decent, healthy path. After getting her life on track, Demi went back to Timberline Knolls to talk to patients about their struggles. The singer posted the experience on her Twitter account on Sunday.

Apparently Mueller used her jail phone call to ask her parents to help her out but they refused. After being arrested in an Aspen, Colorado nightclub for alleged cocaine possessions and assaulting someone at the nightclub she called her parents and according to a source, “They actually wanted to leave her in jail.”
Brooke’s parents are reportedly not sympathetic to her alcohol and drug addictions.

Blair Weyer, a spokeswoman for the Aspen Police Department, confirmed to People magazine that she was taken into custody.
According to a police statement, "On Dec. 2, 2011, at approximately 11:32 p.m., officers with the Aspen Police Department were on a routine walk through at the [music venue] Belly Up, 450 S. Galena Street, Aspen when they contacted a woman who reported an assault which had taken place. The woman identified Brooke Mueller, 34, of Los Angeles, California as the aggressor.

Who knew that Jonathan Rhys Meyers was out in the world wreaking havoc? I thought he was modeling Versace sunglasses for a living now?
The troubled actor has had issues with alcoholism for many years and in June of 2009 he got into an alcohol fueled rage at the Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport where he punched a waiter and threatened the lives of several police officers and their families and was arrested. Jonathan Rhys Meyers and Lindsay Lohan should meet, they’d probably have a lot in common.

Lindsay and her lawyer, Shawn Holley, admitted to her probation violation, and Judge Stephanie Sautner called out her sentence:
"Probation is reinstated with the following modifications…you are to serve three hundred days in the county jail. That time will be stayed. You're to serve thirty days in the county jail now. You are to surrender by November 9th and begin serving your thirty days. You are not to be eligible for house arrest…or any other early release."
The Sherrif's Department says that Lindsay will serve only 20% of those thirty days, so that equates to about six days in jail. After the sentencing, Lohan walked out of court saying, "thank God" under her breath.
