Rumor has it, the new couple in NYC is Drew Barrymore and Ed Westwick. Ya know, the guy who plays the creepy Chuck Bass always stirring up trouble on Gossip Girl and wears more ascots than Prince William?

The cougar and the boy were spotted in a full-on make-out session at The Kings of Leon concert at Manhattan's Webster Hall on Tuesday. Eyewitnesses say there was definitely chemistry. She's 33, and he's only 21! Xoxo, Gossip Girl.
