How cool is Jimmy Buffett? He's made an entire career by singing about cheeseburgers and boat drinks. And boy has he made a lot of cash!

Jimmy is now the proud owner of a Trump Casino. The Donald sold the Marina Hotel in Atlantic City to Buffett for $315 million. And if that sounds like a lot of money, it was actually a steal! Trump originally wanted $500 million for the property, but reduced the price. Wonder if any cocktails were involved in the negotiations.

Jimmy plans on revamping the place, and of course changing the name to something a little more him...Margaritaville!
