Donald Trump: No Babies Allowed!

May 20, 2008

Donald Trump
Donald Trump loves kids, but don't even think about bringing yours to work! The Donald has taken to his blog to complain about companies that allow employees to bring their young tots to work.

"It's not the most professional environment when there's a baby crying or dirty diapers in the office," Trump says. "I love children. But I can't imagine a lot of work getting done if there were babies in the boardroom of the Trump Organization. It's just not going to happen."

I don't think that children belong in a boardroom, but it would be a relief to the parents, if the children were nearby, or in the same building being watched over by day care workers.

I think that every company should have a day care center for the children. This would greatly help out the parents. Donald is wrong on this one.

I am not trying to hear some screaming baby or smell some funky diaper while I'm trying to do my job. A place of business is just that. Some of these young girls who get knocked up by guys who don't give a shit, should have thought about future daycare expenses. The moral of this story is babies are expensive. Don't have one unless you can take care of it.

Kirsty are you a kid yourself? Learn how to spell and get a babysitter. A baby in the boardroom? or at an office meeting? Are you kidding me?

If you are watching your kid, you are not working. Like Tasha said you have a unsupervised kid running around the office and gets hurts. Guess what? Mommy wants to sue. Sorry, kids do not belong at the workplace.

i think it depends on the job and the environment. there are some jobs that are openly child friendly threfore the corworkers are all involved and are used to working in an atmosphere that is child friendly. some jobs are not. i believe that donalds place of business may be a place that u dont want a child running around. and fyi a jobs that allows children should still not allow kids to run wild...that distracts fromt the work producation regardless of the situation. i personally am for this, but u have to know what kind of job u are getting into, if u dont liek kids..maybe dont work at a job that has kids there...this does benefit parents and this is obviously and environment set up for them.

Totally agree. When I used to work on Sat. at an old job, this lady brought her 3 yr old who of course she let run wild. We co workers spent more time looking after that kid than she did.
