Donald Trump Getting Sued

Us common folks aren't the only ones hurting from the economy. The Donald can't even pay his bills on time!

Donald Trump is being sued by Deutsche Bank Trust Co. for defaulting on a $640 million dollar loan.

The suit was filed against Trump in New York State Supreme Court in Manhattan on Friday. The execs claim that Trump owes $40 million after violating terms of his debt contract with the company for his Trump International Hotel + Tower, reports The Chicago Tribune.

The building isn't even completed yet and he's already tied up in a legal mess. Trump's attorney, Steven Schlesinger, says he has yet to see the suit. Expect a quirky response from the Donald any day now. We're assuming it'll be something along the lines of, 'This company is jealous of how rich I am'.
