At least we're not faced with the grim reality that someone may have participated in this death and have slight relief that it was an accident. Sad nonetheless. Implications of a homicide would make the tale even worse. We are experiencing that low-point with the investigations into the deaths of Michael Jackson and Anna Nicole Smith. People like Howard K. Stern and the quack doctors who "treated" her should be very afraid because I can't see our court system slapping them on the wrist in light of all the recent over-dose deaths. Endangering a life in the hopes that you can remain a hangers-on while your friend/patient follows such a futile estate claim....was it worth it?
