DJs Steve Aoki, Mark Ronson, Cut Chemists, Mix Master Mike and Danny Masterson all turned out on the ones and twos to welcome home DJ AM at a benefit show for him at Avalon Hollywood.

DJ AM, real name is Adam Goldstein, made a surprise appearance at the event, sliding inconspicuously into the back of the club. He showed no signs of severe burn damage as he waived to fans and photographers on his way in.

Tickets for the event went for $20 with proceeds donated to memorial funds for pilot Sarah Lemmon, co-pilot James Bland, security guard Charles Still and Travis Barker's assistant Chris Baker.

Meanwhile, AM gave his first interview since the horrific plane crash. "I tried to cover my face as I jumped through a fireball. As soon as I hit the ground, I remembered, 'Stop, drop and roll.' So I started rolling," Goldstein told People magazine.

"My emotions go back and forth," he says. "I can't believe I made it. I'm just grateful."
