Blown Tire The Cause Of Plane Crash?

Details continue to come in regarding the tragic plane crash that critically injured DJ AM and Travis Barker. The latest news is that a blown tire may be the cause of the accident.

The National Transportation Safety Board is reporting that a voice from the cockpit has been heard responding to a blown tire right after takeoff. The crew even planned on aborting take-off.

Pieces of tire were found on the runway 2,800 feet down the 6,800 feet long runway. The jet was traveling around 90mph when it lost the tire, leaving the crew only moments to decide whether to abort or take off.
