"I don't f*** around on my wife," Brolin tells the mag. "I mean, check her out, man. My relationship with my wife is fantastic."
Not long ago, Brolin was at the center of a cheating rumor after he was spotted kissing hi co-star in the film Grindhouse Marley Shelton.
He says, "Marley is my wife's and my great friend. I'm an extremely affectionate guy...Marley and I were out together, turned around and saw there were cameras. That's it."
"Next time I see that camera guy, I'm going to give some guy a good smack on the lips and then hopefully it will be 'Josh Brolin is gay' instead of that I'm f***ing around on my wife,” he added.
But that’s not the only time Josh has made headlines for trouble in his relationship—in 2004 he was arrested for battery four months after he and Lane got married.
He says of the incident, "I feel rage about that. I feel I've gotten to a point where I can't explain it, defend it or compensate for it. I can't say, 'No, I'm actually a really good guy and that didn't happen.' Everybody knows what happened because it's all out there."
He continues about the fight: "I talked big, she said 'F*** you' and called the cops, and somebody had to go to jail. This will be there for the rest of my life. That f***ing sucks. It's been so disruptive to our lives. It's also post-O.J., and that horrifies us both. It kills me, man. It kills me."
They seem happy, so to each his own! But there’s something about Brolin that just screams “bad boy.”

According to In Touch magazine, Brolin was spotted "getting cozy" with a female fan at bars in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he's filming his new movie Jonah Hex.
The magazine has a photo that allegedly shows Josh getting cozy with a woman named Melissa Green in what appears to be a club. Brolin allegedly partied with Melissa at the Royal Street Inn back on May 21.
After that, he was said escorting her to another location to hang out at 11:35 P.M. And the next morning, Josh and Melissa were spotted leaving the unnamed venue together at 7:23 A.M. Walk of shame!
An eyewitness tells the publication, "They left together. Josh looked like he hadn’t slept at all and she was wearing the same outfit as the night before and looked embarrassed."
Of course Josh's rep denies the whole thing (don't they always!?), but In Touch claims to have really explicit details of what went down that night. Sounds like the magazine has been talking to Ms. Green herself!

Diane says she's thinking about quitting because of the roles she's offered. She wants to ditch her nice girl persona and take on something challenging, but keeps missing out on the roles she really wants.
She's currently promoting romantic comedy Nights in Rodanthe, and tells Moviefone, "This film is the last film, and by that I could mean it in any way. It's the last one I did, and it's the last one I'm gonna do for a while, and it's the last one I have in the can ... and then we'll see. Basically, the job I want to do next has already been done, by Anjelica Huston in The Grifters.
She added, "I am gunning for something that's not so sympathetic. I need to be a bitch, and I need to be in a comedy. I've decided. No more Miss Nice Guy. I can't do anything official. My agents won't let me. Between you and me, I don't have anything else coming out, and I'm just gonna be taking my kids to driving school and making sure they don't cause any trainwrecks with their texting."
Well that's definitely a job in itself! We'd like to see Diane take more gritty roles. Kind of like the one she played in Unfaithful! We know she's got it in her.

According to Star Magazine, after Josh's arrest in Shreveport, Louisiana, Diane decided she was fed up. She is apparently tired of the frat boy attitude, and has told him to choose between her and the booze.
The bar brawl Brolin was involved in was the tip of the iceberg. Josh is known for his drinking, and was recently kicked out of the Whiskey Bar in Westwood for hitting on girls, and was seen having words with Sean Penn after being accused of being too touchy-feely with his wife Robin Wright Penn.
