It’s another case of the dangerous movie set! The latest to fall victim on a film set is Diane Keaton.

According to TMZ, Diane sustained an injury on the New York City set of her latest movie Morning Glory.

She was reportedly wearing a Sumo wrestling suit for the scene. With all that padding, we’re surprised she got hurt!
