Avril Lavigne Files for Divorce

It's definitely over for Avril Lavigne and her sk8r boy.

The singer has officially filed for divorce from her husband Deryck Whibley. According to TMZ, Avril is citing the old Hollywod favorite--"irreconcilable differences"--as the reason for the legal split.

Avril and Deryck were married for exactly three years and one month. They decided to legally separate on September 4th.

Well that didn’t take long at all! Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley’s divorce papers haven’t even been signed yet, and he’s already out with another woman!

The Sum 41 singer was spotted having dinner with aspiring model Hanna Beth Merjos on Friday night at Stack in the Mirage.
