Apparently the two have been seeing other since her split. We remember when he heard rumors of her cheating on Deryck with Brandon all the way back in December!
Apparently the flame is still burning for the two of them, and they’re taking it to the next level!
A source tells In Touch, “Avril is selling her home where she lived with Deryck, while Brandon still lives in his family’s Bel-Air mansion….They both needed a place to live, so they decided to move in together.”
The insider says they’ve been house hunting in Beverly Hills and Hollywood Hills this week.
“She and Brandon aren’t sure where the romance is headed,” the source says, “But Brandon has never lived with a woman before, so it’s a big commitment on his part.”
Can you say…bad idea??!

The singer has officially filed for divorce from her husband Deryck Whibley. According to TMZ, Avril is citing the old Hollywod favorite--"irreconcilable differences"--as the reason for the legal split.
Avril and Deryck were married for exactly three years and one month. They decided to legally separate on September 4th.
Deryck has since been spotted partying in Vegas with another woman, leading us to believe this marriage was over a long time ago.
Avril is not asking for spousal support since she makes more money than her husband. But in true Hollywood form, Avrl doesn't think she should have to pay Deryck a dime either. We'll see how this all plays out in court.

The Sum 41 singer was spotted having dinner with aspiring model Hanna Beth Merjos on Friday night at Stack in the Mirage.
A source tells Ok! magazine the two were quite cuddly throughout the evening, saying, “He was very open with his affection towards her and poured her vodka cocktails.”
The insider says the two headed back to their hotel room together after heating up the dance floor until just before 3AM. But don’t feel bad for Avril!
A close friend of hers tells Ok! she is “unfazed” by Deryck’s public romance, that their marriage has been “over for awhile,” and that she wishes them all the happiness.
Wow! They must have really been “over” a long time ago, just like we expected the entire time.
