Derek Jeter Takes Over Tampa

Derek Jeter has built a new home on what I can only imagine is half of the entire city of Tampa.

The mansion, at 31,000 square feet, is a seven-bedroom waterfront property. Plenty of room for Jeter and girlfriend Minka Kelly to frolic in.

The estate also has nine bathrooms, two three-car garages, a giant pool, a billiards room and a memorabilia room.

Jeter’s mansion makes the houses next door look like cardboard boxes soaked in bum urine.

Hope he's got Google Maps installed on his phone. He's gonna need it to get around this place.
