Denzel Washington Donates $1 Million To College

Following the success of his movie "The Great Debaters," Denzel Washington is giving $1 million to Wiley College to kickstart their debate team.

Wiley's 1930's all-black team was featured in the flick, going all the way to the finals against Harvard. The movie opens Christmas day.
