Denise Richards House for Sale

In between custody battles and email wars, Denise Richards managed to buy a $4.6 million dollar home and move out of her old Hidden Hills house.

Richards remodeled 5,188-sq.-ft. home in Hidden Hills, Calif., is officially on the market for $3.9 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.

If you’re in the market for a new house her old home is described as having a park-like setting on more than an acre of land. The house boasts five bedrooms, an office, a gym, pool, spa, and facilities for a horse.

Richards shared the home with her ex hubby Charlie Sheen for a little over a year, there must be some bad karma inside that home. Those two couldn't be civil with each other if their lives depended on it.

Not the same house she lived in with Charlie. She sold that one after she screwed Heather's husband Richie. They practically lived next door to each other and Denise claimed Heather turned all the neighbor against her. I guess her new neighbors didn't care much for her either.

Denise Richards did not occupy this house w/Sheen. She probably got a new home from the support she's taking off Sheen, although if there is any justice in the courts, that will end soon. Richards, one of the biggest gold-diggers in Hollywood who also remains one of the most prevalent tellers of falsehoods about her ex is soon due to court. She has attempted to surreptitiously win Sheen back from Mueller; edited Mueller's emails; refiled the same tired old 2 year old claims against Charlie in a last ditch attempt to ward off Sheen's legal attempts to put an end to Denise's nannygate. Richards literally did not work in 2006, outside of having an affair w/Richie Sambora, Heather Locklear's ex. Her personal morals are on the bottom of the shoes she wears.

awww...how sad you poor souls. But here in Hollywood, morals are nothing more than a face or rather facade you display. Of course, we're all hoping to make something out of ourselves at the end of the day, which does not necessarily include working at all! All we do is lure rich guys and shake the hell out of them. However, we still look like we have morals doing it, Denise's such an amateur at this...Haha.
