Denise Richards Back In Court

Denise Richards must really think Charlie Sheen is bad news, because she was back in court today with her lawyer Neal Hersh to ask for an emergency restraining order for Charlie to stay away from the kids.

She says she wants a psychologist to look into things at Charlie's house because she feels there's something seriously wrong with him that should affect him being able to see the kids.

Hersh said today, "These are serious issues regarding the children. I would hope we will be graced by Charlie Sheen's presence in court on Monday — if he takes these matters seriously regarding his children, like Denise does."

Wonder what the mystery "illness" is that's plaguing Charlie? Because not for nothing, but Denise seems like she's one can short of a six pack herself.

yes, i agree with almost everyone here. its not fair to poor denise that shes constantly scrutinized and practically haunted by the papparazzi and the press. and now people r judging her because she wants to make sure her precios little girls r safe. omg - wat a sin! and wat shocks me the most is not how everybody is willing to put her down - it is the fact that the very ppl who put her down r the ones who would do the same things for their children, were they in her position. and if thye argue that they would not, then my point is proven - they are horrible people to beging with. i hope to god that denise gets her kids - they mean the world to her, and frankly, at this point - she's all they have....

The only reason she is being questioned is because she is in the public eye. Anyone else would not be attacked like she has...Hopefully the court will see what a great mom and person she is, and check into CHUCK...did anyone forget his PAST!!!! YOU GO DENISE!

wat?> as a mother, as a human being, doesnt she have the right to enquire whether anything is the matter, so that she can ensure the safety of her kids/ wat is wrong with the world that if sum1 wants to find out more or investigate something they think might harm their kids, theyre badmouthed and spoken ill of. y does evryone call her a bitch and a whore wenn all shes done is try to protect lola and sam. thats more than i can say for her alcoholic, porn-loving, drug-using ex. and another thing thats suspicious is how soon he got married. he cudve waited until everything was sorted out, but no? doesnt any1 wonder y he wud risk the health of his children by bringing yet another person into their lives...havent they been thru enuf. denise is clearly the better parent here. these kids deserve to have a loving mother, and thats exactly what denise is. she looks absolutely radiant when shes carrying lola in one arm, and sam in the other.

That chick is nuts. How could anyone think that she is normal or that she is a victim some how? She is a psycho hosebeast who had no talent or gigs, so she needs publicity to make her think she is really working. If you side with her, your nuts too and you need to turn off your tv and read a book. For real.

Denise, I think you should start to worry more about your kids and less about your ratings. Be a mother and put your pride and insecurities aside. The court will always consider the "best interest" of your children without any regard for you or your ex. You and Charlie both appear to be off the wall and hopefully the court will see past all the BS and do what's right for your kids. Your kids do not need the trauma and publicity you bestow upon them. All children want is the love of both parents and the alientaion of affection by either one of you can only hurt them in the long run. Forget your pride and be a better mom.

It is always sad to see a grown adult steep so low. Obviously he is a very caring father, he wanted to protect them from the spotlight of her t.v. show. And yes I did watch it. It seems to me she has some serious problems she needs to reconcile herself brfore she lays judgement. I live the step mother life and still am and whenever that woman could lie, call the cops or try to keep there son away from his father she did it. He is now a grow responsible young man and we are very proud of him but all the lies he had been told and pshycological demeaning he went through with her he has not had any contact with her for three years. The children are the ones that pay the price but they alwaysnremember.

I don't blame her. When you have daughters and your ex husband has an internet porn habit and loves prostitutes, then I'd be nervous leaving my girls with him too. Maybe she's nervous about the habits he has that most of us don't even realize (have any of us lived with him?). She may seem a little fruity at times and doesn't always use good judgement (i.e. richie sambora/heather), but she probably has reason to suspect something is up with Charlie and the girls. I'm telling you, it appears he married that chic awfully quick ... was it to mask other things in his life? Was it to appear trustworthy and responsible in the courts eyes? That marriage is a marriage of convenience.

I am on Charlie's side and team. I disagree with evil lady, Charlie has a right to be with his girls, I am right about whats going on with life. Charlie and Brooke didn't do anything wrong.

Well who knows, but she seems to love her kids and if she feels there is something wrong. She has every right to protect them. Maybe he and Brooke are fighting like cats and dogs in front of the girls....
