Report: Mary Louise Parker Replaces Demi Moore in 'Lovelace'

“Weeds” actress Mary Louise Parker is reportedly stepping in for Demi Moore, who was supposed to make a cameo appearance in the new porn biopic “Lovelace” as feminist hero Gloria Steinem.

A source just confirmed that it is Parker who is replacing Moore and not Chloe Sevigny as was reported earlier. This makes more sense, and even though Sevigny has that “ageless” quality about her, there’s no way that 30-something Sevigny is a proper replacement for 50-year-old Moore, who looks great for her age, by the way.

Chloe is just another actress added to the already stellar line-up in “Lovelace.” Chloe will play a feminist journalist.

The flick is currently filming in Los Angeles and sees Amanda Seyfried as it’s lead, playing 70’s porn star Linda Lovelace and for those of your who might remember when Lindsay Lohan was rumored to be joining a biopic about Linda Lovelace…this is NOT that movie.

There’s another movie about to go into production called “Inferno” and it is also about Linda Lovelace. And I know what you’re thinking, why two movies about the same thing? Well, just think of it like when Hollywood made “No String Attached” and then a couple months later released “Friends With Benefits.” Two movies, same subject, just go with it.

Anyways, “Inferno” will see Malin Ackerman as it’s star and that is actually the role that Lindsay was vying for.

What was the point of this article? Oh yeah, Demi Moore is addicted to whippets, or red bull, or exhaustion or something and now Mary Louise Parker has to fill her role in the movie about a porn star, “Lovelace.”
