Demi Moore Seeking Treatment at Cirque Lodge in Utah

Demi Moore has been MIA since being hospitalized back in January, but apparently she’s finally in a treatment facility getting professional help for her issues.

Rumor has it that she checked into the Cirque Lodge in Utah.

"She's on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people," a source tells E!

Both her ex husbands, Bruce Willis and Ashton Kutcher paid her a visit while she was home last week, but apparently it’s Bruce who finally convinced her to get some help.

He tried to get her into a treatment program before the whole whip it/k2 spice thing, but Demi didn’t think she had a problem.

And her erratic behavior isn’t just because of her split from Ashton, she’s been partying like its 1999 every weekend for the past year. Like Lindsay Lohan ala 2007 style.
