Here we go again. Just when you thought the Demi Moore/Ashton Kutcher mess had concluded in a grand divorce finale, they're still squeezing out a little more drama.
After releasing her statement about divorcing Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore has remained relatively silent about everything. Before the divorce, both were sending cryptic Tweets that seemed to be passive-aggressive jabs at each other. Well, it looks like they're back again. Moore, who has been keeping her Twitter handle: "@mrskutcher", wrote yesterday:
"Why do we have only 1 day for giving thanks? Is that why so many people feel unappreciated?"
And sure, it could be referring to anyone, but I'm gonna go with her soon-to-be ex husband, Ashton Kutcher.
"Make this 1 of 365 days of Thanksgiving!" she concluded.
Must have been a tough holiday for the actress, as two of her daughters, Rumer and Tallulah, are in Paris celebrating with their father, Bruce Willis. Scout probably stayed home to keep mom's divorce gorging to a minimum. Because if there's ever a time to eat your way to happiness, it's Thanksgiving.
Kutcher tweeted about Thanksgiving, too. He wrote: "I'm thankful for family, friends, you & time to each my potential. What are you thankful for?"
I'm thankful you finally found someone to manage your Twitter feed, Ashton.
And even though the two are splitting, for some reason, Demi is still dragging Ashton to counseling. Which is awesome. Not only did she decide to divorce his ass, she put him through hours upon hours of Kabbalah counseling, and then even after they split, she's still punishing him with more therapy sessions.
The weekend after the split, the two reunited at the Beverly Hills home of a friend. A source told Us Weekly that the house "is affiliated with Kabbalah, and some of the people who go there refer to it as the 'Kabbalah House.'"
Well, that makes sense. The two arrived separately, but left together, although they entered separate cars. "They seemed very somber," the source said.
Well, yeah. What'd you expect them to be doing, wearing face paint and carrying balloon animals?
And according to another source, since announcing her split, Demi has been on a positive swing:
"When I saw her in early November, she was confident," the source says. "She said she'd gotten to a self-loathing and vain place, but it was going to change."
Even the morning after her announcement, Demi seemed happier, even taking in some "me" time at a nail salon in Beverly Hills.
"Demi's been telling friends that it gets easier every day," an insider says. "She's very optimistic."
