Yes, she suffered a meltdown in which she ended up convulsing in the hospital after doing K2 Spice/Incense/Whip-Its/Anorexia, but according to friends, Demi Moore is “doing great.”
"I just saw her and she's doing great,” says Moore’s friend, Patty Jenkins. “I think she's doing much better than it's made out to be.”
Meanwhile, a source tells E! News that Demi’s daughters, Tallulah and Rumer, have been spending time with dad Bruce Willis while Demi gets help. What’s that help? Spiritual counseling, according to friends.
"Demi is awesome and so strong. I also hate when people make it a bigger drama than what is going on,” Jenkins added. “She's great."
It wasn’t a big deal. She wasn’t convulsing. She was, uh…dancing….by herself…on the floor…
Tallulah has reportedly been staying with Willis at his condo in West Los Angeles. Meanwhile, Rumer stepped out at celebrity haven Chateau Marmont to attend the Screen Actors Guild after party last night. Scout, the other Demi/Bruce offspring, is at Brown University and hasn’t been back in L.A. since Demi’s hospitalization.
Moore’s whereabouts are currently unknown, but she’s reportedly not yet back at her home in Beverly Hills. Of course, when Demi was hospitalized, all eyes turned to Ashton, who just happened to be having the time of his life in Brazil. But a source says that Demi’s meltdown is “not just about Ashton.”
“I’m sure Ashton would like to think it’s all about him.”
Right, because nothing makes a guy feel better about himself than his ex-wife overdosing and ending up in the hospital.
‘Yes! I’m winning this breakup!’
“It’s really more about the toll it takes on any ambitious woman in this town,” the source continued, adding that it’s hard “having to stay sober in a town that’s so not.”
Screw spiritual counseling, Demi needs to enroll in an elementary school D.A.R.E. program. Those officers are pretty effective. And you get free pencils!
