Demi Lovato just covered Cosmopolitan (looking 100% flaw free, by the way) and dropped some MAJOR bombshells and hinted that she’s going to reveal something HUGE about her childhood soon.
Demi was on the Barney show when she was just a little kid, but admits that everything wasn’t as rosy as it looked on the show.
“Even before Barney, I was suicidal. I was seven,” she reveals.
Demi has opened up A LOT about her troubled past, but in this interview she hints that something even worse happened to her as a kid, which she hasn’t told us about yet. Something that would make a 7-year-old suicidal.
“I've talked about being bullied and the years of being a teenager, but I went through things when I was younger that I've never talked about that probably caused me to turn out the way I ended up turning out,” says Demi.
If you read the lyrics to her song “Warrior” (There's a part of me I can't get back/A little girl grew up too fast/All it took was once, I'll never be the same/Now I'm taking back my life today) she alludes to whatever happened to her when she was younger.
“My family knows what it’s about,” says Demi, “When I'm ready to open up that subject with the outside world, then I'll be free to talk about it.”
Lovatics, do you know what she’s referring to?
