Demi Lovato Buys a House

Disney must pay well, because Demi Lovato just purchased her very own home--at the tender age of 16!

Lovato can now call this $1.88 million dollar house in the Toluca Lake area of Los Angeles her home.

Actor Jason Presley lives right across the street, and Ashley Tisdale, Vanessa Hudgen, and Hilary Duff are just a few blocks away.

Disney's taking over! Well that, and the Disney Studios in Burbank are just a few minutes away, so its a hop skip and a jump away from their homes.

"It's crazy," Demi recently said of her remarkable, widespread success. "Now, all across the country, people know my name."
