Demi Lovato is in rehab—whatever. Nothing new on the Hollywood block.
But I’m loving actress Debi Mazar’s take on the whole thing. Hollyscoop bombarded Mazar with her thoughts on the Disney starlet going all Mike Tyson on her back-up dancer’s ass the other day, and her answer is hilarious.
Here’s the dialogue:
HS: Any words of encouragement for Demi?
DM: “I don’t like to discuss people’s issues specially when they are young like Demi Lovato. I happen to know her and she’s a lovely girl, I think she’s really strong. I wish her the best, I think she is really brave to do that. I think its kind of deplorable for people to discuss her personal life when she’s under 20. It’s private.”
HS: I know, it’s sad
DM: “I don’t think it’s sad, I think it’s really positive. I think a young girl whose been in the lime light who gets a chance to see she that she has an issue and does it publicly, I think its really exciting!”
Ok, two things that stick out are: A. “I don’t like to discuss people’s issues,” followed by Debi rambling on about how brave she is. And B. “I think it’s really exciting!”
Exciting??? Come to think of it, there’s got to be something going on at these celeb rehab centers to have such high Hollywood traffic at any given time. Maybe heated toilet seats?
