Michael Jackson daughter Paris is really struggling to cope with her Dad's death, and is reportedly turning to Katherine Jackson to deal with her loss.

“Paris is struggling the most since Michael’s death,” a source told Britain’s Now magazine. “She was her daddy’s girl. He was her best friend and he was so proud of her. She’s really heartbroken and she misses him so much.

“She keeps having dreams that he’s still alive, then when she wakes up and realizes he’s dead, she starts sobbing. It’s horrible. Prince Michael has been great — he’s rising to the occasion and trying to be strong, but he’s suffering too.”

Losing a parent is never easy, and clearly Paris is having the hardest time dealing with the loss. Michael's other children Michael, 12, and Blanket, 7, are reportedly doing much better than Paris again thanks to Katherine.

Katherine was granted full custody of Michael's kids earlier this month with Debbie Rowe getting visitation rights. They also agreed to mutually hire a child psychologist to advise them on how, when and where Rowe’s visits should take place, reports the Los Angeles Times.

Debbie hasn't been apart of her kids lives since they were born, so why she would want visitation now is beyond us. It seems like it would only confuse the kids even more, especially since they just lost their father.
Michael Jackson's mother Katherine will receive full custody of Michael's three children, Prince Michael I, 12, and Paris, 11, and Blanket, 7, under the terms of a deal that has just been reached, her lawyer told The Early Show Thursday morning.

"There is no situation better for these children than for them to be raised and reared in the loving care of Mrs. Katherine Jackson," L. Londell McMillan said.

When asked about the financial situation surrounding the Jackson estate and whether or not the kids will be taken care of financial, he added, "That estate is worth, in my estimation, a couple of billion dollars," he said. "You hear $500 million. Don't buy it."

Prince Michael I and Paris' biological mother Debbie Rowe will visit and maintain her legal parental rights under an agreement reached by both sides, but considering how absent she was in their lives before Michael's death, we doubt we'll be seeing much of her.

According to the Los Angeles Times, “Debbie is really happy” about the arrangement, said the source, refusing to be identified because the agreement has yet to be announced.

There's going to be a different statement released later this week that will outline the details of the custody agreement, including how often Debbie will be allowed to visit the kids.

Sounds like the judge made the best possible decision for the kids. Katherine has helped raise Michael's children since they were just babies, so Grandma has basically been the only mother they've ever know.

Debbie Rowe has decided to get involved in yet another legal battle! She’s now suing a woman who claimed to be a close friend of her, and spilled the beans on Debbie’s intentions regarding the custody battle.

Earlier this week, Hollyscoop reported that Rebecca White, who claimed to be a “close friend” of Rowe, told Extra that Debbie had written her several emails saying she didn’t want the kids, and was just going after the money.

And now, Debbie has decided to sue White for for defamation, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress. ET says Rowe alleges that White fabricated the emails.

In the court documents, Rowe claims she did email White, but spoke nothing of Michael Jackson or his kids. The lawsuit also claims that White has a history of committing similar "malicious acts" for financial gain against celebrities such as Naomi Campbell, singer Robbie Williams, Kate Moss and the late Heath Ledger.

Pretty serious claims! This Rebecca White woman may be just as crazy as Debbie Rowe herself! We don’t know who to believe!

Debbie Rowe is looking more and more like she just wants money out of this custody deal. A personal email of Debbie’s has just leaked which paints her in a pretty bad light.

According to Extra, Debbie wrote an email to her friend Rebecca White on July 2nd, saying “Hell No!” she did not want the kids.

White says, "I know she's seeking custody of the children. I think she wants the best for the children.”

Despite the claim, Debbie allegedly wrote in the email: “I'm not going after custody. These kids are not mine. They were never mine. They were always Michael's. I was Michael Jackson's best friend."

Rebecca attributes Debbie’s statement to her changing her mind about the situation. She says, “I think things change on a daily basis. It's not like she doesn't love them. It's not like she doesn't want the best for them, but her life is different...The idea of being a mother to those children is something I don't think she really wants. She can't just sit back in the shadows and not say anything because then she will be looked at as the woman who gave up her children and that's a horrible thing to say... She had to do something to protect them in a way."

On July 5th, Debbie wrote again: "My lawyer is telling me I have to take some responsibility about the welfare of the children. Do I want the kids? Hell no. Does it look good for me to ask for them? Absolutely. I don't want to look like the woman who gave away her kids and just forgot about them. Would Michael want Joe to have them? I think it would be the last thing that he would ever have wanted."

White says Rowe’s fight is totally motivated by money. She tells Extra, "The motivation is money. I really have to be honest... If the children aren't the ones she wants, what else will she gain from it?"

Also, Rowe reportedly told White that a “secret custody” deal is in the works. Debbie wrote her a text message that said, “Just wait until the 14th. Everything will be done after the 14th.”

This is definitely not a woman who is concerned for the children! She wants money, plain and simple! We hope the judge can see right through her!
