Prison Break Star Might Get Jail Time

Lane Garrison will pay the price for drinking and driving under the influence. The Beverly Hills Police Department announced today that they are recommending the L.A. County District Attorney's office to charge the Prison Break star with gross vehicular manslaughter, driving under the influence of alcohol, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Police Chief David Snowden also announced at a press conference that Garrison was under the influence of cocaine at the time of the accident. According to toxicology reports, Garrison's blood alcohol level was at 2.0 percent which is two and half times the legal limit.

The District Attorney's office now must decide whether to formally charge the actor. The incident occurred on December 2 when Garrison crashed his car killing 17-year old passenger, Vahagn Setian who was riding with him in his car.

Garrison needs all the help he can get and that’s why he’s hired high-powered attorney, Harlan Braun.

thatts exactly what i was thinking miss thang. they all attacked brandy when it was just an innocent accident. the girl was not on drugs or drunk. you have this idiot that kills a 17 year old boy and he is high and they are "thinking" about sending him to jail come on give him some lube and send him right to where he belongs. behind bars!

thanks you guys...i was actually getting bashed for saying I didn't think she deserved jail time and when this came back into the news and noone has a word to say about it, it just makes me upset. I might just be taking this personally because I've lost a loved one to drunk driving and lost a loved one because of a true accident. I don't dislike the one who created the true accident because unfort accidents happens, but for drinking and driving...it just makes my blood boil. Okay I am off my soap box! Sorry about that!

Lock him away for life, and don't forget to charge him with "hanging out" with 15 year old girls! SICKO!!!
