Las Vegas will never be the same again. Legendary impressionist Danny Gans died in his sleep early Friday morning. He was 52.
His wife discovered Danny at around 3 this morning. A family member called 911 and told them Danny was having trouble breathing. But by the time ambulance arrived, he had already passed.
Danny performed at the Wynn at the Encore Theater since February, and at The Mirage, where he performed for more than eight years before that.
"All of us in The Mirage family are deeply saddened to learn of Danny's passing," Scott Sibella, president of The Mirage, said in a statement released through parent company MGM Mirage Inc.
"We all knew of his devotion to his family and our hearts and prayers are with his wife and children."
Rest in peace Danny, you'll be missed!
