Isaac Hayes Passes Away

Music legend Isaac Hayes passed away Sunday morning at a Memphis, Tennessee hospital. He was 65.

The cause of his death hasn't been confirmed yet but his wife called 911 after she found him lying on the floor near a treadmill in their home.

Shelby country sheriff spokesman Steve Shular said, "We don't believe there was any foul play.

"Based on the statement by family members that Mr Hayes had been treated of late from a number of medical issues, we believe that led to his death. There are no plans for an autopsy."
