Do I hear dysfunctional wedding bells in the near future?? Wait...I'm listening for it...yup, there it is! Only in Hollyweird would a hot actress like Heather Locklear marry a little troll like David Spade...dont you have any sympathy for your future children??

It looks like the ink won’t even be dry on Heather Locklear and Richie Sambora’s divorce papers before Heather turns around and heads right back down the aisle with her rebound troll, David Spade.

Insiders tell Life & Style magazine that the odd couple are eager to wed before the end of the year — only a few short months away!

“Heather says it’s going to happen and it’s exactly what she wants out of life,” says a close friend of the actress. “David is exactly the right guy at the right time for her.”

Although no rings have officially been exchanged, another insider says the two have swapped symbolic jewelry that represents their promise to be husband and wife.

“Heather is doing a major housecleaning of her life,” says her friend. “And when she took stock of everything, she said the only thing that really made sense was David.”

Heather, 44, gave David, 42, a platinum skull and crossbones necklace, and in return he gave her a very expensive platinum and diamond necklace, which (according to Life & Style she proudly showed off at his birthday party in July...but we were there and Heather was MIA...get your facts straight people!)
